When will my order be dispatched?
All Domestic Orders are dispatched in 2-4 working days.
How will I track my order?
Once dispatched from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be receiving an SMS / email with your tracking ID.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,000
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered to the given pin code .
Do you ship internationally?
No.We do not offer international shipping facility
Can you combine multiple orders placed separately to reduce shipping charges ?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
Returns and Refund
What if I want to return the product?
We hope it never happens 🙂All items under our home category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange. We only replace if you have received your product in a damaged condition. The ideal way to avoid any exchange is by referring to product details thoroughly before you make a purchase. In case you are still confused and have quarries? Damage & Replacement
What if I have received a wrong/ missing or damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, let us know within 48 hr of receiving the package. Kindly email us at [email protected] with pictures and order number. Our team will assess the damage and will assist you through the replacement/refund process.
What if the product to be replaces is out of stock?
In such case , you will receive a Refund of the product amount paid during purchasing.
What is your refund policy?
If you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking or other mode of payment, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However, it make take approximately 3-7 business days to refund the amount to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process.
How do I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you have placed your order. To cancel an order, you can send us an e-mail to [email protected]
Will I be charged for cancellation of order?
A:For cancellation, the refund amount is subjected to deduction of any bank transaction charges that has been incurred during the cancellation process.
Credit Notes & Gift Vouchers
How do I use Credit Notes for making payments?
1. To redeem a credit note, we request you to sign in/login to our website with your registered email Id.
2. Select products you wish to purchase.
3. Come to the checkout page.
4. Fill in shipping information.
5. Do not enter credit note details in the gift voucher box.
6. Come to the payment page.
7. You will see a checkbox which says to use credits worth XYZ amount.
8. Select that box and then complete the balance payment.
How do I redeem a gift Voucher?
To use your voucher for an online purchase, enter the voucher number in the box given on the right side of the shipping page and click on Apply. Further, make any balance payment online via credit/debit card or netbanking.

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

Do you take customised orders?
We would love to create something unique for you provided there is a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces .
How long does the personalisation order take to ship?
All personalisation orders will take minimum 40 Working days from the day of confirmation to be shipped from our warehouse.
