Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note- All items under our home category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange

The following general returns policy is applicable to all the other items sold on Earthy Allure.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2.  Has missing parts or accessories
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
  4. Once we receive the products in same condition as dispatched from your end without further damages the refund will be proceeded. 

In order to return the damaged product a photo of the product with the box and the outer mono carton box should be sent to us on

[email protected] within 24 hrs of receiving the item with the tracking ID reference. Our team will assess the damage and will assist you through the replacement/refund process. 

In case of the product to be replaced is out of stock you will receive a Refund of the product amount paid during purchasing.
